The views from the riverside are stunning, especially during the evening, which created a beautiful ambiance. The breakfast selection had a good variety, but choices seemed limited on weekdays. While the bathroom showed signs of wear, staff members were very courteous and accommodating, adding to the pleasant atmosphere of the property. A few additional notes, the river view from my room was partly obstructed, which was disappointing. A bit more effort in the bathroom upkeep would enhance the experience. and it would be nice to see higher-quality furnishings in some areas.

Try the on-site convenience store for snacks and drinks, especially late at night when nearby places may be closed.

The hotel still feels unfinished with multiple features lacking attention, like paint stains on furniture and a dirty hallway carpet. Elevators show noticeable wear, and the Wi-Fi struggles to maintain a steady connection, which can be quite annoying while trying to stream or get work done.

Staying for 5 nights while visiting local attractions was a great decision. The Superior River View room offered a fantastic sight of the river, making mornings quite special as I watched boats pass by right from my bed. The breakfast had an impressive variety daily, and I appreciated the selection of hot foods that changed each day. The pool area was leisurely, though I wished for more shaded spots. Overall, it made for a relaxing stay in Bangkok.

My stay was incredible! The breakfast buffet hit the mark, and the gala dinner was superbly served by a fantastic staff. Happy Hour cocktails were a delightful surprise. The spa services were absolutely rejuvenating, making this spot a memorable retreat. Highly recommend trying the a la carte menu for dinner!

The lobby's air-conditioning creates moisture issues on the couches!!! A free shuttle to ICONSIAM would be a logical improvement for guests who can't walk the distance!!! Elevators definitely need maintenance—seems like they’ve seen better days!!!

It was just an appropriate option for a short layover in Bangkok with good value. The pool area was really enjoyable, offering a nice way to unwind after a long day. Best to grab breakfast ahead of time since local dining can get pricey.

The location is solid! ! Just a short walk to the riverside and you can sit back and watch the river cruises go by. I was truly impressed with how spacious the room was, and the design felt unique and calming!

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but you know what? It was still acceptable.
